Your Hike Again Remedies product came in a container with a +30-day supply. If your dog’s condition does not change after two weeks of following the recommended administration instructions, please send us back the container with any remaining product together with your contact information and the original online order number. We will process a 100% refund of the purchase price.
We are a e-commerce small business and processing returns is a bit complicated so we have established the following Terms and Conditions regarding returns and refund claims:
▸ Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to Canadian and US residents only, 18 years of age or older.
▸ Proof of purchase is required to claim any refunds.
▸ A limit of 2 refunds can be filed per address in a calendar year.
▸ The maximum refund amount per request is equal to the purchase price of your product.
▸ The request for refund should be received within 45 days from the date of purchase.
▸ All refunds are limited to the purchase price and excludes taxes and any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
▸ All shipping costs, taxes, duties, brokerage or any other cost associated with returns are the consumer responsibility. We do not compensate, pay-back, refund or cover shipping costs, taxes, duties, brokerage or any other cost associated with returns.
▸ All return products must come with the original label on the container, reasonable undamaged. This is necessary for Quality Assurance reasons.
▸ Refunds will be made via e-transfer, check or electronic refund, at the company’s absolute discretion.
▸ We are not responsible for any lost, late, or undelivered submissions and multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
▸ Please allow 21 business days for the refund.
▸ The company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of any attempted fraud.
▸ A CAN$10.00 (Ten Canadian dollars) Disposal Fee will be discounted from any return. This disposal fee is necessary to cover costs associated with proper and compliant disposal protocols for veterinary health products within the Province of British Columbia.

Locate your Proof of Purchase (a copy of your invoice will suffice).
Please Contact Customer Care at Customer_Care@hikeagainremedies.ca to let us know you are returning a product. Include information on your Proof of Purchase and the email address we should use to e-transfer your return.
