SHIPPING POLICY

To All Our Customers:

The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused great disruption on almost all services and processes related to shipping and logistics. Canada Post and other shipping service providers are not immune to these challenges and are experiencing unusually high volumes of deliveries and a shrinking workforce. We will try to keep shipping as efficient as possible but need to ask for your patience in this regard.  




ORDER SHIPPED WITHIN CANADA AND CONTINENTAL US


We try to ship all our orders within two business days. We will send you additional information on your package within 48 business hours of placing your order. We will use the email address you provided us during the check-up process.

All our orders are sent free of charge within Canada and the continental US using Canada Post's standard service and other shipping service providers. Please be aware that, since shipping and handling of your parcel is done by Canada Post and other shipping service providers to implement transit between our fulfilment partner and your home, it is their responsibility to ensure your order arrives on time and in good shape. If for any reason your order is lost or arrives damaged please contact Canada Post (or the shipping company that delivered your order) and file a complaint. Please also let us know at Customer_Care@hikeagainremedies.ca.

Please be aware that Canada Post (as well and other shipping companies) may leave your parcel outside your door, unattended. Shipping companies might also leave you a note asking you to pick up your parcel from a location indicated on the notice left at your door, address or mailbox. If the parcel is returned to us for any reason (e.g., because it was never picked up or the delivery address is incorrect) we might offer you a return minus taxes and any cost associated with returning your parcel.


ORDER SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Your order will be shipped from Canada to your address free of charge within the continental US using Canada Post's standard service and other shipping service providers. Please be aware that all costs associated local, State and Federal taxes, as well as any other costs related to customs, brokerage, handling and other fees not listed in this Shipping Policy, are entirely your responsibility.  If your parcel is returned to us for any reason (e.g., because it was never picked up or the delivery address is incorrect) we might offer you a return minus taxes and any cost associated with returning your parcel.
